Our Special Event Liability Insurance Program is designed to address the risk management and insurance needs of
cities, counties, school districts, special districts and private facility owners associated with the short term rental or
use of their facilities such as halls, auditoriums, streets, parks, fields, etc.
Florida Special Event Insurance provides short term liability coverage for profit or non-profit special event groups and
others. The following criteria must be met to be eligible and considered for coverage.
1. Location of event is not owned by the named insured
2. Event is held at a single location
3. Maximum number of event days in 10 (not including set-up & take down)
4. The days of the event are to be consecutive.

Each Occurrence = $1,000,000
General Aggregate = $2,000,000
Products / Completed Operations Aggregate = $1,000,000
Personal & Advertising Injury = $1,000,000
Damage to Premises Rented to You = $300,000
Medical Expense Payment = $5,000
